關於「彩色貝殼」點數規則
發放時間：
點數將依系統設定發放，通常會於訂單完成後約 14 天內發放至會員帳戶。
使用期限：
點數有效期限為發放日起 12 個月。
使用門檻：
單筆訂單商品金額滿 NT$300，即可於結帳時使用點數折抵。
折抵上限：
結帳時，點數最高可折抵訂單商品金額的 30%。
運費排除：
訂單運費不列入點數累積與折抵計算。
取消訂單、退貨、退款與未取貨：
若訂單取消、退貨、退款、未完成付款或未完成取貨，該筆訂單將不列入點數累積、會員升級與續會計算。若該筆訂單已產生或發放點數，相關點數可能會依實際訂單狀態扣回或調整。
點數折抵訂單之退款：
若訂單曾使用點數折抵，後續發生取消、退貨或退款時，系統或客服將依實際訂單狀態協助處理點數退還。
會員等級調整：
會員等級與續會資格將依系統計算之有效消費金額判定。若因取消訂單、退貨、退款、未完成付款或未完成取貨，導致有效消費金額未達會員等級或續會門檻，會員等級可能會依系統規則調整。
其他說明：
會員點數、消費累積、會員升級與續會資格，皆以系統實際紀錄與計算結果為準。

How “Color Shells” Work
When will I receive my points?
Points will be added to your account according to the system settings, usually within about 14 days after the order is completed.
Validity:
Color Shells are valid for 12 months from the date they are issued.
Minimum order amount:
Points can be used at checkout when the product subtotal reaches NT$300.
Maximum discount:
At checkout, points can be used to cover up to 30% of the product subtotal.
Shipping fees:
Shipping fees do not earn points and cannot be paid with points.
Cancellations, returns, refunds, and uncollected orders:
Canceled, returned, refunded, unpaid, or uncollected orders will not be counted toward points, membership upgrades, or renewals. If points have been generated or issued from such orders, the related points may be deducted or adjusted according to the actual order status.
Refunds for orders paid with points:
If points were used on an order that is later canceled, returned, or refunded, the system or our customer service team will process the point refund according to the actual order status.
Membership level adjustments:
Membership levels and renewal eligibility are calculated based on valid spending recorded by the system. If a cancellation, return, refund, unpaid order, or uncollected order causes the valid spending amount to fall below the membership or renewal requirement, the membership level may be adjusted according to the system rules.
Additional notes:
Member points, accumulated spending, membership upgrades, and renewal eligibility are subject to the actual records and calculation results of the system.
