色差與接頭
我們明白您期待收到完美的線材！
但因每台螢幕、手機顯示設定不同，商品實物與照片可能存在些微色差。此外，紡織品每一批染色批號皆可能有微小差異，建議您依照作品所需一次購買足量線材；若編織時混用不同批號，可能會產生較明顯的色差。
線材於製程中偶爾出現接頭／結頭，屬於正常物理現象。以上皆為紡織品常見狀況，非商品瑕疵。
八爪波波提供網購七日鑑賞期。鑑賞期為猶豫期，並非試用期。若您因上述原因或個人喜好考量需要辦理退換貨，請務必保持商品「全新、未拆封、未使用」之完整狀態，並與我們聯繫處理。
海外訂單，也就是配送至台灣以外地區之訂單，因配送歷程繁複且運費高昂，恕不提供退換貨服務，亦不適用台灣消保法之七日鑑賞期。
洗滌與保養
請依照產品標籤上標示的洗滌方式進行清潔與保養。
關於運送方式
出貨時間
除不可抗力因素，例如天候、地震、政府管制、重大災害或物流中斷等，現貨商品將於下單後 3–5 個工作日內寄出。
免運門檻
台灣配送：
購物滿新台幣 800 元，不含購物金折抵，享 7-11 超商取貨免運。
購物滿新台幣 1,800 元，享 宅配免運。宅配方式將由八爪波波依照收件地址安排。
海外配送：
我們預計於 2026 年 8 月後新增海外配送服務。開放後，預計購物滿新台幣 8,000 元，不含購物金折抵，享中華郵政／順豐快遞免運。實際運送方式將由八爪波波依照收件地址安排。

各國海關進口關稅、稅金及相關附加費用，需由收件人自行負擔。
若因收件人拒付關稅或相關費用導致包裹退回，八爪波波將扣除來回運費與已產生之相關費用後，退還剩餘款項。

About Our Products
Color Variations & Knots
We understand that you expect beautiful yarn for your projects!
However, please note that slight color differences may occur due to variations in monitor, phone, and screen settings. In addition, slight color variations between dye lots are normal for textile products.
We highly recommend purchasing enough yarn for your project at one time. Mixing different dye lots in the same project may result in noticeable color differences.
Occasional knots or joints may also appear during the yarn manufacturing process. These are normal physical characteristics of yarn and are not considered product defects.
Octopopo offers a 7-day appreciation period for online purchases in Taiwan. Please note that this period is for inspection and consideration only, and is not a trial period. If you wish to request a return or exchange due to the reasons above or personal preference, the product must remain brand new, unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
International orders, meaning orders shipped outside Taiwan, are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to the complexity and high cost of international shipping. They are also not subject to Taiwan’s 7-day appreciation period under the Consumer Protection Act.

Processing Time
Barring force majeure events such as extreme weather, earthquakes, government restrictions, major disasters, or logistics disruptions, in-stock items will be shipped within 3–5 business days after the order is placed.
Free Shipping Thresholds
Domestic Shipping｜Taiwan
Free 7-11 store pickup is available for orders over NT$800, excluding applied store credits.
Free domestic delivery is available for orders over NT$1,800. The delivery method will be arranged by Octopopo based on the recipient’s address.
International Shipping
We plan to launch international shipping after August 2026.
Once international shipping becomes available, free Chunghwa Post / SF Express shipping is planned for orders over NT$8,000, excluding applied store credits. The shipping method will be assigned by Octopopo based on the recipient’s address.

Domestic delivery is generally shipped via SF Express. For remote areas or addresses not supported by SF Express, Chunghwa Post may be used instead. The final delivery method will be arranged by Octopopo based on the recipient’s address.
International Shipping
International shipping is planned to launch after August 2026, using Chunghwa Post and SF Express. Relevant updates will be announced on our website.

Import Duties & Fees｜International Orders
Any customs duties, import taxes, and related surcharges levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
If a package is returned due to unpaid customs duties or related fees, the round-trip shipping costs and any incurred charges will be deducted from the final refund.
